At least my life. I’ve been writing since I was in elementary school. When I graduated college and became a teacher, I continued to write. I was considered a reflective practitioner, sharing my thoughts, expectations, anxieties and goals throughout my career. After I retired in 2006 I still found time to write. This blog is the collection of works continuing the theme of things I’ve done and things I’ve learned throughout my years as a student, teacher and storyteller. I will admit that some of the things that I’ve written about are fiction, but all are based on fact. So the challenge to myself is to take those events, continue to expound upon them and see what insights I can provide about myself, things I interact with, and life, what choices have been made and what changes have occurred to me and my world? I would guess that everyone does not share the same experiences or opinions that I do. Does everyone talk to animals as if they were people? Whether you do or you don’t enjoy the experience.
